Who Are We

The Eden Prairie Community Foundation (EPCF) serves as the non-profit administer of the The Entrepreneur Jubilee Fund which is putting on the 2026 Celebrate Local Fall Marketplace.

Funds are used in service to the 2026 Celebrate Local Fall Marketplace and strengthening prosperity in the Eden Prarie entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Dozens of leading entrepreneurs working alongside the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce, 1 Million Cups of Eden Prairie, and the City of Eden Prairie are strengthening the conditions for prosperity in Eden Prairie and the surrounding area.

We believe prosperity is about more than just what we have, it is about who we become. We believe bringing the community together brings clarity to what prosperity means and who we become as we create it.

We believe in celebrating and generating innovation and collaboration, bringing together diverse voices to inspire and empower the hands-on entrepreneurial spirit, and building prosperity for individuals, the community and the future.

Jeff Griffith, Chair of Marketing, Entrepreneur Jubilee Working Group

Jeff Griffith is a veteran creative specializing in advertising, design, and branding. As Creative Director at Men's Health magazine in NYC, he led marketing for sports, cooking, and fashion events in NYC, Chicago and San Francisco. Jeff Griffith Creative is based in Eden Prairie.

Founder of Hill Capital Corp. and 1 Million Cups Eden Prairie. Entrepreneurship advocate, passionate about empowering business owners through capital, community, and long-term vision.

David Cannon, Chair of Sponsorships, Entrepreneur Jubilee Working Group

Cannon is a lifelong TC's resident, Maestro Gelatiere (Master gelato maker), and founder of GELATI DA®. Cannon has 40+ years of commercial gelato manufacturing and business experience.

Teresa Heupel, Chair of Finance, Entrepreneur Jubilee Working Group

Teresa Heupel, is the Founder of Healing with the Rev, supporting those facing stress, grief, loss, and seeking renewed vitality through compassionate guidance and healing.

Ryan Donohue, Chair of Rising Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneur Jubilee Working Group.

Donohue is the Co-founder of D and S Lawn Care, an aspiring finance pro at Indiana University, and is passionate about entrepreneurship, investment strategies, and making positive community impacts.

Vanessa Nordstrom, Co-Founder & Chair, Entrepreneur Jubilee Working Group

Nordstrom is the Founder of F.Y.T. Health Wellness offering intuitive energy healing by working with raw energy and frequencies to help and guide innate mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing processes.

Brad Canham, Ed.D., Co-Founder & Vice Chair, Entrepreneur Jubilee Working Group

Canham is an entrepreneur, author and speaker on growing businesses in complex markets, Founding Editor of Eden Prairie Local News, and professor in the Entrepreneurship department at the University of St. Thomas.

Lili Korbuly-Johnson, Co-owner of ECycle Solutions Network (commercial electronics recycling and computer refurbishing company) and founder of Global Entrepreneurial Tools, LLC (business networking education company).

Carla Thomas, Owner of Back Office handled, withe social media skills and a local bookkeeping business dedicated to helping small business owners spend less time stressing over numbers and more time doing what they love.

Jenn Nienaber is a graphic designer, art director and writer who helps small- and mid-sized businesses stand out from their competition through thoughtful branding, visual identity, print design, and marketing materials. Jenn's Eden Prairie firm, Paper and Clouds, provides services for business-to-business (B2B) as well as business-to-consumer (B2C) clients.

Akshaya Balamurali is a senior at Eden Prairie High School who is passionate about aviation, business, and community impact. As an intern at Celebrate Local, she creates marketing content to spread awareness about the Celebrate Local event and strengthen community connections through in-person outreach efforts.
